SLIP RENTAL AND FEE

Please make three (3) selections on preferred slip options. We'll confirm your slip assignment within 48 hours after we have had the opportunity to confirm the availability and that the slip will accommodate your vessel.

For your 3 selections, specify a specific slip and you will see the slip length and slip rental fee. Parking Lot (PL) slips do not include a Dock Box, Power, Water).

RETURNING SLIPHOLDERS
If you are a returning slipholder and want to keep the slip you had this year, please make it your 1st selection. You have first rights of refusal for your existing slip.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
Signup by 10/31/19 and we'll discount your slip fees 4% keeping you at the 2019 rates. This discount will be applied when we setup your remaining payments.

We do require a $500 down payment to reserve a Parking Lot (PL) slip payable upon completion of this form. The remaining balance is due in 2 payments by 12/15/19 then 2/15/20. Payment must be received on-time to retain your slip.

2020 SLIP RENTAL DEPOSIT

The undersigned owner of the Vessel, and the User under this Agreement, hereby certify that they have read and agree to abide by the terms and the Rules and Regulations of Pelican Bay at Cherry Creek provided below.
For purposes of creating a binding agreement or in determining the rights and obligations under such contract in any court of law, the parties acknowledge that a signature reproduced by either digital signature, electronic signature, facsimile or photocopy shall have the same force and effect as an original signature and that the original and any such copies shall be deemed one and the same document. In the event this application is submitted electronically, this application is provided under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act – Col. Rev. Stat. §§ 24-71.3-101 et seq. By submitting this application, you are confirming your agreement to submit this application electronically, and your indication of agreement, along with information provided, will have the same force and affect as if this application was submitted manually and your manual signature was provided. You should retain a copy of this application for your records. (A copy of the completed application will be emailed to you at the email provided above shortly after submission. )
