PARTIES TO AGREEMENT

The parties to this Use Agreement ("the Agreement”) are Vencore Marine Group, LLC, operating Pelican Bay Cherry Creek Marina, and the undersigned owner of the Vessel identified herein (the “User”).

USER IDENTIFICATION

VESSEL IDENTIFICATION

Provide description of User’s Vessel, which is to be placed in the Marina Slip.

SLIP RENTAL AND FEE

Please make three (3) selections on preferred slip options. We'll confirm your slip assignment in early December after we have had the opportunity to confirm the availability and that the slip will accommodate your vessel.

For your 3 selections, select the dock of interest, then a specific slip.

RETURNING SLIPHOLDERS
If you are a returning slipholder and want to keep the slip you had this year, please make it your 1st selection. You have first rights of refusal for your existing slip.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
We require a $500 down payment to reserve a slip payable upon completion of this form. The remaining balance is then due to gain access to your slip.

Please note that a certificate of insurance listing Vencore Marine Group, LLC as additional insured must be received by Vencore prior to launching your Vessel.
