PARTIES TO AGREEMENT

The parties to this Use Agreement ("the Agreement”) are Vencore Marine Group, LLC, operating Pelican Bay Cherry Creek Marina, and the undersigned owner of the Vessel identified herein (the “User”).

Provide description of User’s Vessel, which is to be placed in the Marina Slip.

LASER SPACE RENTAL AND FEE

Please make three (3) selections on preferred slip options. We'll confirm your space assignment in early December after we have had the opportunity to confirm the availability and that the slip will accommodate your vessel.

RETURNING LASER SPACE HOLDERS
If you are a returning laser space holder and want to keep the space you had this year, please make it your 1st selection. You have first rights of refusal for your existing slip.

PRICING AND PAYMENT
To reserve your laser sailboat space for the season, full payment is due immediately.

2021 LASER SPACE RENTAL

The undersigned owner of the Vessel, and the User under this Agreement, hereby certify that they have read and agree to abide by the terms and the Rules and Regulations of Pelican Bay at Cherry Creek provided below.

For purposes of creating a binding agreement or in determining the rights and obligations under such contract in any court of law, the parties acknowledge that a signature reproduced by either digital signature, electronic signature, facsimile or photocopy shall have the same force and effect as an original signature and that the original and any such copies shall be deemed one and the same document. In the event this application is submitted electronically, this application is provided under the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act – Col. Rev. Stat. §§ 24-71.3-101 et seq. By submitting this application, you are confirming your agreement to submit this application electronically, and your indication of agreement, along with information provided, will have the same force and affect as if this application was submitted manually and your manual signature was provided. You should retain a copy of this application for your records. (A copy of the completed application will be emailed to you at the email provided above shortly after submission. )

Please note that a certificate of insurance listing Vencore Marine Group, LLC as additional insured must be received by Vencore prior to launching your Vessel.
